Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DevOps In mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Yunly ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

DevOps In is a mobile client for Microsoft Azure DevOps. The App allows you to view and interact with your Azure DevOps projects, including work items, kanban boards, notifications, and more. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. Azure DevOps is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

  • You must have a valid Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) account associated with an Azure DevOps organization to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Microsoft account credentials. The App does not store your password — authentication is handled entirely by Microsoft.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account when using the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free vs. Paid: Reading features (viewing work items, boards, notifications, search) are free. Write operations (creating/updating work items, dragging on the board) require an active subscription.
  • Subscription Plans: We offer monthly (¥8/month) and yearly (¥68/year) auto-renewing subscriptions. Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
  • Payment: Payments are processed by Apple through StoreKit 2. We do not collect or store your payment information.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
  • Free Trial: The 7-day free trial begins immediately upon subscribing. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
  • Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the subscription system or other security measures.
  • Exceed the rate limits or otherwise abuse the Azure DevOps API through the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, design, graphics, and user interface elements, is owned by Yunly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Microsoft Azure DevOps for all work item data. Your use of Azure DevOps is subject to Microsoft's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or security of Azure DevOps services. Any data you create or modify through the App is subject to your organization's policies regarding Azure DevOps usage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yunly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs or viruses. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 shall survive any termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Yunly is established.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and through the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
