This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you understand what information we collect and why.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Authentication Data: When you sign in with your Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) account, we receive your name and email address for the sole purpose of authenticating you with Azure DevOps.
- App Data: Work item titles, descriptions, attachments, and comments that you create within the App are stored locally and transmitted to Azure DevOps via its API.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect anonymized, aggregate usage statistics (e.g., screen views, feature interactions) to improve the App. This data cannot be traced back to you.
- Crash Reports: We may receive anonymized crash reports to diagnose and fix technical issues.
2.3 Information NOT Collected
We do not collect your Azure DevOps credentials (passwords or personal access tokens). All authentication is handled by Microsoft Entra ID directly. We do not collect contacts, photos, location data, or device identifiers unless you explicitly use a feature that requires them (e.g., camera for attachments).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you with Azure DevOps via Microsoft Entra ID OAuth2.
- To display your work items, notifications, and boards from Azure DevOps.
- To process your write operations (create, update, drag) and sync them with Azure DevOps.
- To process in-app purchases through StoreKit 2 (Apple). We do not see or store your payment details.
- To improve the App through anonymized usage analytics and crash reporting.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Local storage: Work items, notifications, and offline queues are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device except when syncing with Azure DevOps.
- Transmission: All network communication with Azure DevOps is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Authentication: We use OAuth2 tokens that are securely stored in the iOS Keychain. Tokens are never exposed to third parties.
- Biometric protection: The App supports Face ID / Touch ID to prevent unauthorized access.
- Screenshot blur: When the App enters the background, the screen content is blurred to protect sensitive information.
5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
- Microsoft Azure DevOps: All work item data is stored and processed by Azure DevOps. Our App acts as a client that reads and writes data to your Azure DevOps organization on your behalf. Your use of Azure DevOps is governed by Microsoft's privacy policy.
- Apple StoreKit 2: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Local data cached on your device is retained for 7 days (work items) or 24 hours (notifications) and automatically cleaned up. Offline queue data persists until successfully synced or manually cleared. You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data from iOS Settings. Server-side data stored in Azure DevOps is subject to your organization's data retention policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
